Electronic Engineer
Duties and responsibilities:
– Communicates with external stakeholders on quality-related issues;
– Handles customer complaints using 8D and PS methodologies;
– Prepares complaints to suppliers and further investigation process;
– Initiates meetings, conference calls, etc. with suppliers on issues related to the quality of delivered raw materials and supplies;
– Participates in the organisation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and develops QMS documents;
– Prepares reports and protocols for first samples and monitors the timely receipt of customer feedback on them.
Requirements:
– Higher technical education or experience in this field (electronics);
– Professional experience in quality management, error analysis, and new product development is considered an advantage;
– Good usage of quality tools;
– Good knowledge of MS Office;
– Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
