For our trusted client, a dynamic fast-growing FinTech company, we are looking for
Head of sales to be responsible for the development and execution of strategies and initiatives to increase sales, market share, and revenue growth
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets
• Hire, manage and mentor a sales team, including setting targets and monitoring performance
• Monitor, analyse and report on sales performance, market trends and competitive activities
• Develop and ensure implementation of sales training programs and materials
• Review customer feedback and develop strategies for improvement
• Follow up or meet with customers to close deals when needed
Requirements
• You’ll have 5+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success
• You’ll be able to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals
• You’ll have excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills
• You’ll have expertise in sales forecasting, budgeting, as well as automation (CRM, VoIP, SMS, E-mail)
• You’ll have a strong understanding of credit market trends and customer needs (individuals and businesses)
• You’ll be able to travel to meet with colleagues and clients and attend industry events
