CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Your tasks/responsibilities:
• Transfers customer needs into service developments and innovation;
• Stays in daily contact with customers about orders, call-offs, shipments, warehousing, payments and any other service via e-mail and phone in alignment with account team;
• Processes customer inquiries, customer quotes, order confirmations and invoices;
• Coordinates and checks customer order and aligns with production (pre-)planning;
• Organizes and processes shipping and warehousing;
• Organizes and processes letters of credit and collections of overdue payments;
• Handles and organizes returns of claimed products
• Manage overproduction/leftover;
• Maintains ERP master data for customers, finished goods, transport zones and routes;
• Creates sales statistics for the management.

Your skills:
• University degree and economics degree is an advantage;
• Good command of spoken and written English necessary;
• Second foreign language will be considered as advantage;
• Good computer literacy and good knowledge of working with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel;
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, pragmatic and responsive approach in communication;
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while paying close attention to detail;
• Good team player with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic team;
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage;
• Experience in an multinational environment is an advantage;
